Can a JavaScript be Made Similar to Flash content

    Hi!

I am fairly new to java and was wondering if it is possible to create a java script that is similar to the flash content Our Picks This Week >See New Book Releases at http://www.barnesandnoble.com/. If so, does anyone have examples that I might could use/modify? Or possibly instruct me on how to go about creating it?

    Thanks!
