Guys good evening,

I just design one design sample for my company & need your feedback also.

pls have a look and let me know your feedback/suggestion or comments any thing....

Also i m bit concerned about the 'why choose us tabs' are they looks like a tab or not ?

I'd maybe make them look like the horizontal tabs in the center section (just to the right of them). Almost looks like there are too many different types of navigation going on. Secondly, I'm not really sure which thing I'd want to click on first. There are many things going on, and there doesn't seem to be a real hierarchy of which is the most important.

Looking at Xebia's current site in comparison, I kinda like the darker background better. Hope that's helpful!

I like the design; it looks professional.
I agree with the other post, that I'm not sure which link to click first. I know the large image section is where the juice of the site is, but you may want to make it slightly more pronounced.
The "why choose us" tabs do need a little more definition. How about making the tab stroke darker on each?

I like it overall. I do agree with the tab comment, and that it looks a little too busy, that was the first thought I had when I saw it. Also, maybe it's just me, I have 2 fairly decent LCD's, but some things look a little too undefined. I'd add more contrast, maybe at least darken the separators just a hair and make the button gradients a bit darker or something. If not that then use a slightly offwhite color for the whole background.

I can see 3 (4?) different fonts being used in this layout. Maybe reducing their number would make things look more consistent.
